Return and Refund Policy


If you have the wrong size or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from receipt of the product to request an exchange or refund. The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn and undamaged. If the error is ours (wrong size or factory defect), we will take care of the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the cost of both shipments.

To request an exchange or return, follow these steps:

  • Send us an email to hey@seventrebols.com.
  • Specify in the subject line whether you want an exchange or a return.
  • Include the order number or the name used in the purchase.
  • If you are requesting an exchange of size, please indicate the desired size.

Please note that we do not issue cash refunds, but will offer a credit towards future purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products.
